Prepie Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of Prepie, a beta service provided by Ball Dont Lie, Inc. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Nutrition and health disclaimer

Prepie provides informational planning and logging tools, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutrition data may be incomplete or inaccurate. Consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary decisions and never disregard professional advice because of Prepie content.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account and for content you upload. You retain ownership of your content and grant Ball Dont Lie, Inc. a limited license to store, process, display, and distribute content only as needed to operate Prepie and the sharing choices you make.

Community rules

Do not publish spam, harassment, sexual content, impersonation, dangerous nutrition claims, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person’s rights. We may remove content, issue warnings, suspend accounts, preserve abuse evidence, and review appeals.

Public publishing

Sharing outside Prepie and publishing to the public feed are separate actions. Public posts may be copied or reshared by others. Deleting a source check-in removes linked Prepie derivatives, but copies made outside Prepie may remain.

Beta availability

Prepie is offered free during beta and may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. Subscriptions and Android transformation-video rendering are not part of this release.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass security, scrape private data, interfere with the service, upload malware, misuse SMS, or use Prepie to harm another person. Automated access requires written authorization.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prepie is provided “as is” without warranties. Ball Dont Lie, Inc. is not responsible for decisions based on nutrition data, user content, third-party services, or losses beyond liability that cannot legally be excluded.
